The Warner Bros comedy 'Yes Man,' starring Jim Carrey,debuted at No. 1 at the box office this weekend with $18.2 million, studio estimates showed Sunday.

Yes Man, starring Jim Carrey is a mildly funny comedy with a message. A guy challenges himself to say "yes" to everything for an entire year! This movie has a rating of 7.2


Coming in second place was Will Smith's 'Seven Pounds,' which made an estimated $16 million in weekend earnings. Smith stars with Rosario Dawson and Woody Harrelson Sony's movie about an IRS agent with a fateful secret who embarks on an extraordinary journey of redemption by forever changing the lives of seven strangers.


In third place was Universal Pictures' 'The Tale of Despereaux,' which made an estimated $10.5 million. The movie – featuring the voices of Matthew Broderick, Frances Conroy, Dustin Hoffman and Kevin Kline.

'The Day the Earth Stood Still,' a contemporary reinvention of 20th Century Fox's 1951 sci-fi classic, took the No. 4 spot with an estimated $10.2 million.

Finishing No. 5 was Warner Bros' romantic comedy 'Four Christmases,' which brought in an estimated $7.7 million.
