Troubled, the Mean Girls star spent a sleepless night this week in front of the TV watching Without a Trace, which she proclaims to "love this show" and calls Anthony LaPaglia's character Jack Malone "boss."

Lindsay Lohan goes crazy, punches paparazzi!

Lindsay Lohan tripped over a metal barrier last night while headed into Marc Anthony’s 40th surprise birthday party at a NY hotel. She took her frustration out on an innocent photographer and punched the guy in the nose.

Lohan may have just been following the recent trend of paparazzi abuse. Other celebrities involved in altercations with photographers in the past week include Kanye West and Nicole Richie, whobroke a fan’s camera.

TMZ has posted the video, and you can’t really see what happened as it’s far away and you just see Lohan kind of scuffle with someone. Lohan is on her cellphone the entire time and you hear her say “I just hit a paparazzi.” Someone yells “They got that on film, bitch. Crazy.”

Lohan and Samantha are not engaged, says lindsay's father

Lindsay Lohan is just working it for the publicity. After two separate and distinct rounds of “they’re getting engaged” rumors flew about the internet, Lohan was spotted wearing a ring on her left hand within days – generally after.

“It’s all BS,” says her father, Michael Lohan, when asked if L.A. DJ Ronson recently proposed to his daughter. “It’s not true.” A source close to Dina Lohan adds, “She said it’s just one of Lindsay’s cocktail rings, nothing more.” In fact, Lindsay enjoys wearing flashy rings on her wedding ring finger especially because of the storm it causes in the media.

“It’s like her own personal joke these days,” the source said. “She slips a ring on that finger, then goes to a party and watches the rumors start to roll. It amuses her.”

What a pathetic idea of wearing rings on your finger to show that you are engaged! All just for publicity... What you guys think about this?

Samantha annouces plans to wed Linday Lohan by end of the year

Sam used her DJ slot at top LA hotel and night spot Chateau Marmont to announce the news, telling clubbers: “By the end of this year, my love will be Mrs Ronson.” She added: “Tonight shows the power of a woman – to underestimate that is to underestimate the world.”

Li-Lo - who yesterday showed off her trim figure in a bandage dress on the set of Ugly Betty (inset) - has also been talking up her relationship with Sam, plus their matching tattoos.

This perfectly explains the engagement ring's she's been wearing.

Lohan denies being dropped from film

Lindsay Lohan has hit back at reports alleging she was axed as the star of an upcoming biopic of murderer Charles Manson, insisting she turned down the role. It was earlier reported that the 21-year-old was dropped from independent movie 'Manson Girls'. But the star denies she has been dropped from the film, claiming she was too busy with other projects to commit to the project.
Spokesperson Leslie Sloane says: "Unfortunately (Manson Girls) didn't come together quickly enough, and she was offered other roles, which she accepted and is looking forward to doing."

Lindsay Lohan has been axed from an upcoming film about Charles Manson - reportedly because no one else would sign up to star alongside her.
Spokeswoman Leslie Sloane said Lohan passed the Manson film up in order to accept two other offers, including a guest star turn on the TV comedy Ugly Betty.

The actress was due to star in the independent movie The Manson Girls - playing Nancy Pitman, one of the cult followers of the notorious Manson who was convicted of seven counts of murder in 1971 - but was dropped after other actors refused to work alongside her.

The 21-year-old actress signed up for the movie in March and was due to start shooting in Los Angeles in July. Lindsay has hit the headlines more for her partying, drinking and alleged drug taking than her acting work recently. Her last big screen outing, I Know Who Killed Me was a box office flop.
No wonder why everyone's refusing to star alongside her.

Lindsay Lohan joins the cast of "Ugly Betty"

“Ugly Betty” has a new recurring player in “Mean Girls” star Lindsay Lohan, who will appear in the series’ currently shooting May 22 season finale and in five more episodes airing next season. The actress has done plenty of TV in the past, including 2004 guest shots on “That ‘70s Show” and “King of The Hill.” A 6-year-old Lohan began her screen career playing a trick-or-treater on David Letterman’s NBC show in 1992.
Lohan will play an old adversary fallen on hard times. “Betty” (which has already garnered more Emmys than “The Wire”) has itself fallen on hard times, its ratings down 35% from this time last year. Its last new episode fell to third place on Thursday, scoring a 2.4 against “My Name is Earl’s” 2.8, “Scrubs’” 2.9 and slot-dominating “Survivor’s” 4.0.

Guess who tops the list of Dumbest people in Hollywood

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is the dumbest person in Hollywood. Or so says Entertainment Weekly magazine, which recently released its list of the 50 Dumbest People in Hollywood.[**Editor's note: This list was first published in November**]

Lohan topped the list for her delinquent, self-destructive behavior in recent years and dumb career decisions. Also making the list is sex tape/reality tv star Kim Kardashian in 2nd place, and fellow reality tv personality Spencer Pratt of MTV's The Hills in 3rd place.

Lindsay Lohan to visit India for charity work

Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan will visit India to campaign against child slavery and AIDS.
Her father Michael said that they would be travelling next February,mirror.co.uk reports.

He said: "She (Lindsay) has made it clear she definitely wants to come along. Lindsay's very spiritual. She has a wonderful heart, loves people and is very charitable."

Lindsay bears all to create Marilyn Monroe

Lindsay Lohan bares all and does her best Marilyn Monroe, recreating Monroe’s last (nude) photo shoot for New York Magazine.

Recreating Monroe's legendary 1962 final photo shoot for Bert Stern with the veteran lensman himself, Lohan posed for the spread on Feb. 5 at the Hotel Bel-Air.

When it came to being nude before the camera, "I was comfortable with it," says Lohan, 21 (Monroe was 36 in 1962, the year she died) – though Lindsay does admit to having done "250 crunches" the night before the shoot.

There was also no avoiding the parallels between Monroe's tragic fate – dead from an accidental overdose of prescription medicines" They are both prime examples of what this industry can do to someone," says Lohan.

On the Monroe photos Lohan revisits: “Here is a woman who is giving herself to the public. She’s saying, ‘Look, you’ve taken a lot from me, so why don’t I give it to you myself.’ She’s taking control back.”

When it is pointed out to Lohan, who has been in rehab three times, that the possibility may exist of a similar fate for her, the young actress replies with a tinge of annoyance: "I don't know. I'm not them. But I sure as hell wouldn't let it happen to me."
